Equity, Justice, and Belonging

Our Sisters’ School is committed to each Sister Sailor’s greatness and growth. We wholeheartedly embrace our rich diversity — one of the greatest assets of our learning community. Each day, we strive to leverage our strengths in service of our mission, actively working toward creating a more democratic, equitable, and antiracist school and society. Our Equity, Justice and Belonging (EJB) work is ever-evolving throughout our structures, practices, and relationships. We aim to cultivate an optimal learning environment where every student can thrive and access opportunities, regardless of identity markers. 

To that end, we aspire to be strategic and unified. Our dedicated EJB Leadership Team comprises staff, students, families, Board of Trustees, and community volunteers. The EJB Leadership Team meets regularly to help us listen to needs, take meaningful action, and hold ourselves accountable while we continuously learn, improve, and celebrate.
