Carlene LeBlanc
Director of Finance and Human Resources
Carlene LeBlanc, a lifelong resident of New Bedford, is the Director of Finance and Human Resources at OSS. Her position encompasses balancing the budget, monitoring expenses, maintaining a functioning building, anticipating student and teacher requests, and interacting with staff and students. Carlene joined OSS in 2012 with her strong background in accounting management and human resources. She attended local private schools and in adulthood returned to Bristol Community College, graduating summa cum laude in business management. Carlene enjoys time with family and friends, the outdoors and New England’s four seasons. Working at OSS gives Carlene the opportunity to be engaged in an organization in her own backyard, and to witness firsthand the benefits of the community working together.
