Raised in New Bedford, Gladis is deeply rooted in the local community. She completed her education in the area, graduating from New Bedford Voc-Tech. She holds an Associate's degree in Elementary Education from Bristol Community College and will begin pursuing a degree in Secondary Education with a minor in Math at Bridgewater State University this fall.

Before joining OSS, Gladis worked in retail banking and the financial sector for over eight years, bringing a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to her role as Office Administrator. She is passionate about supporting education and contributing to her community.

In her free time, Gladis enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends. Her dedication to helping others and being an active community member drives her commitment to creating a positive and welcoming environment for students and staff alike.
